Leadership Victoria’s vision is purposeful leadership for an inclusive, equitable and sustainable society. We are an innovative, independent social enterprise that exists to foster leadership that inspires, connects and transforms.

For over 30 years, we have been connecting and empowering leaders with diverse backgrounds and experiences across business, government and community sectors, enabling them to exercise the leadership required to address today’s complex challenges.

Beyond our programs, we facilitate powerful, enduring networks that enable leaders to amplify their leadership impact in their organisations, sectors and communities.

Leadership Victoria is delighted to join the Committee for Melbourne so that we can contribute to an even greater impact on the city, on our community, and to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

At Leadership Victoria, we believe that leadership is an activity, not a position and that anyone can lead, anytime, anywhere. In addition to our flagship Williamson Community Leadership Program we deliver a range of programs that are suitable for a broad audience- to build and enhance an individual and team’s leadership skills. This includes our Igniting Leadership Program for people new to leading teams and projects, and our LeaderEvolution program that provides more experienced leaders with new strategies to tackle persistent problems, or lead others through a period of change and uncertainty.

To complement our open enrolment programs, we also design and deliver customised inhouse programs to meet specific organisational and team needs. Most recently we have worked with Committee for Melbourne members including University of Melbourne, Hume City Council and NORTH Link.
