Committee for Melbourne commends Infrastructure Victoria on the release of its draft 30-year Infrastructure Strategy.

The updated draft strategy identifies the top infrastructure priorities for Victoria across four key sections, with the aim to reduce disadvantage, address environmental risks and build on Victoria’s economic strengths.

Many of the projects, polices and reforms identified in the draft strategy align with those of the Committee for Melbourne including our Transporting Melbourne report earlier this year.

Committee members look forward to engaging with Infrastructure Victoria as part of their community and stakeholder engagement program in early 2021 and consultation which concludes on February 26 2021.
