27.06.2018Call to action after second steering committee meeting

On Thursday 27 June the Competitive Internet Steering Committee had their second meeting. It was decided that the group should look at several aspects of the internet issue in Greater Melbourne. Firstly, the group will look at the opportunities of faster and more reliable internet connectivity by sector / group. Secondly, the group will consider case studies from around the world where faster and more reliable internet was delivered to look at possible opportunities. Finally, the group will consider what types of technologies could deliver reliability and faster speeds to Greater Melbourne. The report will be presented in a digital format.
