01.06.2016Annual Dinner 2016

In May 2016, over 420 Committee for Melbourne members and their guests celebrated the inner workings that keep Melbourne moving as it continues to grow at the Committee’s Annual Dinner: Melbourne Underground.

For years, the Committee has campaigned to increase the City Loop’s capacity; it was therefore particularly fitting that our guests dined at Laurens Hall which will soon make way for the transformational Melbourne Metro Rail Project.

The dinner provided an opportunity for all to reflect on our transitioning economy and the changes ahead that make the Committee’s contribution as important as ever.
