We are excited for a special event – Sustainable urban regeneration projects in Melbourne.

Melbourne’s population is rapidly approaching six million and the city is facing an increasingly inequitable divide between inner urban and outer suburban areas. Ambitious urban regeneration projects are underway across the city, transforming Melbourne’s underutilised urban areas into vibrant precincts. The projects will co-locate housing, commercial, retail and health programs together with transport connections to enrich the urban environment and create both economic opportunity and social value.

Panellists will discuss the great potential presented by these regeneration projects and the need to ensure that they are environmentally and socially sustainable, creating a lasting legacy for the city.
