Reshaping our workforces and workplaces for the future

Reshaping our workforces and workplaces for the future – a discussion to provoke thought on the challenges and opportunities in returning to the workplace post COVID-19.

As Victorians begin to see a light at the end of the lockdown tunnel, now is the time for us all to be turning our attention to the needs of our people as they once again seek to establish a sense of normality, and effectively support them in returning to work and the workplace in a way that meets their needs, and the needs of our customers and the broader community.

Our panellists provided insights on their recent experiences of how organisations are preparing for this important transition period, how individuals can help to craft an experience that meets their needs and the important role that leaders play in supporting a safe and effective workplace. Enhancing organisational culture and the employee experience, workplace safety and wellbeing, mental health and inclusion and reshaping and reskilling the workforce for the future will be just a few of the topics that we will cover in the discussion.
