Meet the Lord Mayor – The Right Honourable the Lord Mayor of Melbourne Sally Capp

Congratulations Sally Capp, on once again being Melbourne’s Lord Mayor!

On 2 September, we welcomed the Lord Mayor, The Right Honourable Sally Capp to address our members and outline the Council’s future plans for the City of Melbourne as we embark on our ‘Road to Recovery’.

The Lord Mayor shared her vision for Melbourne and the Committee’s role as a catalyst for collaboration.

We then explored how the City of Melbourne and Committee members can work together to shape the Melbourne we aspire to live, work and invest in.

The forum offered a timely opportunity to reflect on our members’ priorities for the central activity district and to explore partnerships between private and public sector and industry to rebuild Melbourne’s economy, infrastructure and livability.
