Melbourne 4.0 Taskforce: Airport Link

On 24 October 2017, Committee for Melbourne ran its first Melbourne 4.0 Taskforce forum, Airport link: From concept to commencement.

Having been identified as a Strategic Need for Melbourne as part of our Melbourne 4.0 Taskforce, this forum identified a pathway for a high quality direct (public) transport link from the CBD, and possibly other key hubs, to Melbourne Airport.

The guiding principles which emerged from the discussions will be included in the Committee's submission to the state and federal governments in early December 2017.

Thank you to our members Keolis Downer (Yarra Trams) and Herbert Smith Freehills for co-hosting this event.
